This is a classic and unbelievably rich and handsome desk. Known as a “bureau plat” this grand bronze adorned desk has a case made of kingwood veneer and solid bronze figures of woman and cast decorations. The desk has a false side and a working side shown with the tassel and key. The President of the United States, Donald Trump has this exact desk in his NYC Trump Tower. This is a much loved, very hard to find desk in restored, French-polished condition and is absolutely gorgeous! They simply don’t get any better and very rarely surface and when they do, they are very, very pricey!
